We look to engage, consult and partner with local communities to ensure that our developments positively contribute to the local area. Our design-led approach helps us to mitigate some aspects of new development within communities through sensitive siting and the use of quality building materials.
Where there is sufficient scale and need, we will use public consultation to identify any wider community requirements that can be integrated on-site, whether that be publicly accessible open space, community buildings, doctor’s surgeries, or other uses that meet the needs of the local area
Ecology & Environment
Our attention to layout and design in our housing projects respects specific proposals for landscaping as well as ecological and technical constraints. We always aim to provide a net gain to bio-diversity and mitigate against any ecological and environmental impact through provisions of habitat-specific wildlife and landscaped planting enhancements on areas of open space.
Strategic Land
We have built a considerable reputation for using our strategic planning expertise to manage greenfield and brownfield land through to successful allocation and consent. Our team of chartered town planners and experienced land professionals are experts in managing each individual project, bringing in specialist consultants to provide reports that help anticipate and overcome potential obstacles to planning delivery. The continuity of long-term, in-house management for each project ensures we deliver the opportunity to allocation or consent at the earliest opportunity.
