Hawkhurst

Two parcels of land off Rye Road promoted under option agreements through to allocation and consent in two phases of development for up to 96 new homes. The first phase has been constructed to provide 26 new homes and consent has been resolved to grant on the remaining land for up to another 70 new homes as well as land for the relocation of the village doctors surgery and land for the expansion of the adjoining village primary school.
