Awards & Affiliations
We are an NHBC top rated registered developer and builder and as such we design and build not only in accordance with the Building Regulations, but also to the exacting NHBC Standards. Each home is inspected by the NHBC at key stages, thus ensuring our compliance with those standards.
We are registered with the New Homes Quality Board (NHQB) which offers enhanced protection for buyers of new homes in the form of a new code of practice. As a registered developer, we are committed to following the correct processes and procedures needed to meet the requirements for the New Homes Quality Code. The New Homes Quality Code (NHQC) aims to improve the quality of new-build homes and strengthen customer protections. The new code of practice ensures that every aspect of a new home purchase is covered, from when a customer walks into a sales office, throughout the buying process, and for two years after the home purchase. The primary purpose of the New Homes Ombudsman Service (NHOS) is to provide a free and independent service to customers, which can impartially assess and adjudicate on issues that have arisen that fall within the Ombudsman’s scope. For more information please visit: www.nhos.org.uk
